What will we say about the Geography of Australia in our exposition?

We will start saying that Australia’s landmass of 7,617,930 square kilometres is on the Indo-Australian Plate. Surrounded by the Indian and Pacific oceans. It is separated from Asia by the Arafura and Timor seas, with the Coral Sea lying off the Queensland coast, and the Tasman Sea lying between Australia and New Zealand. The world’s smallest continent and sixth largest country by total area. Austria –owing to its size and isolation- is often dubbed the “island continent”, and is sometimes considered the world’s largest island.

Mount Augustus claimed to be the world’s largest monolith. It is located in Western Australia. At 2,229 metres, Mount Kosciuszko on the Great Dividing Range is the highest mountain on the Australian mainland. Even taller are Mawson Peak on the remote Australian territory of Heard Island, and, in the Australian Antarctic Territory, Mount McClintock and Mount Menzies, at 3,492 metres and 3,355 metres respectively.

Let’s find out how to use Question Words with Auxiliary Verb: Will

Instructions: Look at the following information about Question Words with Auxiliary Verb “Will”.

Remember: We normally use “Will” to speak about the future. It is always combined with another verb called main verb that appears in infinitive.

We use “Will” to talk about:

  • A decision at the moment of speaking. For example:
    • Ray: There's no milk.
    • David: Really? In that case, I will go and get some.
  • A prediction based on opinion. For example:
    • John thinks the Conservatives will win the next election.
  • A future fact. For example
    • The sun will rise tomorrow.
  • Promises, requests, refusals or offers. For example:
    • I will help you tomorrow, if you like.

 

In the interrogative form with questions words, we use Will following the structure:
